Advisory Board
The Advisory Board (AB) is an unofficial committee of BeeVee consisting of ex-boardmembers of BeeVee. The AB is an advisory body, intented to guarantee the quality and the continuation of the association (in accordance with the house rules).
The AB reads the minutes of the board meetings and provides them, if necessary, with advise and comments. The AB also goes through, and gives advise on, the documents of an upcoming General Meeting of Members (GMM). The board and AB meet regularly to discuss the ongoing issues within the association. Outside these meetings, the board can alsway approach the AB with questions.
After every board year, three to four ex board members take a seat in the AB. The intention is to create a diverse AB, with two ex board members per function who also come from different board years.

Cash Audit Committee
The Cash Audit Committee (CAC) is involved in controlling the finances of BeeVee. The accountancies of the treasurer and commissioner of education and study materials (ces) are checked by the CAC. During an audit, all cash, bank accounts and the accountancy itself are verified for any mistakes. The CAC also checks the financial documents and gives an opinion on the documents during the General Meeting of Members (GMM).
The members of the CAC change at the same time as the board and the new CAC-members need the approval of the GMM. Most of the time, the CAC has the following composition: the ex-treasurer, the ex-ces and an active member of BeeVee.
The CAC of 2025 consists of (from left to right) Landy Mammers, Jasper van Boxtel (Cer 37th board), Krista Estrada (treasurer 38th board) and Noah Terhoeve (treasurer 39th board).
Internal Relations
Internal Relations (IR) is a group that consists of the chairmen of the 14 committees of BeeVee, as wel as the (two) cir(s) and a representative of Olympus. IR hold a meeting every other week, where these chairmen, the cirs and the representative of Olympus come together. During this meeting, things like problems within committees, questions about activities and evaluations are discussed. Also, every committee has the chance to agree on a date for their activity. This means that the activity-calendar of BeeVee is planned here!
